Quite possibly the most diabolical human being on the
planet, Evil Charles is indeed, a man devoid of any
compassion whatsoever. To say that Evil Charles is cold
hearted would be untrue. You see, the fact of the matter is,
he has no heart at all. But the Evil One wasn't always
this way. In fact, there was a time in his life when he was
a kind and generous man. However, all that changed one fateful
winter night. Charles was helping an old woman across the
street when he was attacked by a gang of thugs who beat
him senseless for no reason at all. To add insult to
injury, rather than calling an ambulance for Charles, the
old woman whom he had just helped instead took his wallet
and left him for dead. So, as the defeated Charles lay
motionless in the street, slowly dying from blood loss
and internal injuries, he made a decision that would
forever change his life. He vowed that if he survived the
night to live another day, he would never again allow
himself to be beaten by the forces of evil. Instead, he
would embrace the evil that lurked in the dark recesses
of his soul. He would become the MASTER of evil. Charles
Hawkins died on that cold winter night. And in his place,
Evil Charles was born. After tracking down his attackers
one by one and methodically beating them all to bloody
pulps, Evil Charles realized the extent of his God given
ability to hurt others. Some time later, he learned of
the existence of the HBW. And the rest, is history...
